By requesting manpower or facility management services, You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information.

  • Service engagement is confirmed only after acceptance of our quotation/proposal and receipt of advance payment as per agreed terms.
  • All payments must be made via approved channels. Delayed or incomplete payments may result in suspension or cancellation of services.
  • The Company reserves the right to decline or terminate services in cases of misconduct, non-payment, or violation of Terms.

4. Service Delivery

  • The Company shall provide trained staff and facility support as agreed in the service contract.
  • Replacement of staff may be arranged if reasonable grounds are provided (illness, absenteeism, misconduct, etc.).
  • Service timings, roles, and responsibilities will be as per the signed agreement with the client.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Clients may cancel services by giving prior written notice as per the terms of the service agreement.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days after deduction of applicable charges.
  • Short-notice cancellations may attract partial or full retention charges.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

  • Provide a safe and respectful working environment for deployed staff.
  • Comply with all applicable labor and safety laws.
  • Avoid engaging staff outside the scope of agreed duties.

Failure to comply may result in suspension of services without liability on the Company.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lethal Weapon K9 shall not be liable for:

  • Loss, theft, or damage to client’s property unless caused by proven negligence of deployed staff.
  • Personal injuries or accidents occurring at client premises.
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Service.

8. “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” Disclaimer

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind.
